Personal Comments: Part of the Dr. Who Mattes collection. Definitely a bolder yellow than it appears on the website, Canary Wharf is a vivid canary yellow. As the collection implies, it's a completely matte shade and feels smooth to apply. Applied over Urban Decay Primer Potion. This picture was taken outside in natural light.

Personal Comments: Part of the Dr. Who Mattes collection. A deep grey matte base with flecks of shimmery almost glitter mixed in. It's hard to tell if the shadow is just not mixed completely but the shadow on the website is shown the same way so I believe the spots of color are intentional.
