Personal Comments: I'm sure this Count has to do with something more scary but this color reminds me of The Count from Sesame Street. It's purple with a pink shimmer that gives it a glowing effect. Applied over Urban Decay Primer Potion and Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy. This picture was taken outside in natural light.
