Personal Comments: Bubbles is a really pretty eyeshadow and it's honestly really hard to describe. It's a sheer eyeshadow that looks like it "glows" with different colors depending on the angle. Head on, it's more of an orange-y beige but it also reflects with a blue green shimmer. Applied over Urban Decay Primer Potion and Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy.
