Nothing to Disclose

It's that time of year! Indies have started rolling out their Halloween collections and they look fantastic. Here's the Limited Edition Curios Night collection by Innocent + Twisted Alchemy

One of my favorite things about ITA eyeshadows is how complex they are. Curios Night is a perfect example of this. Despite only being a 4 eyeshadow collection, there's a TON of color packed in and each color shines in a few different ways. But it's a balanced complexity. By adding a bright neutral (Like Candy) to the mix, Curios Night doesn't feel overwhelming but instead very wearable.

Apocalyptic Love Story and The Sweetest Night are super glittery but Haunted Heart and Like Candy have more of a shimmery finish.

  1. They look wonderful and so packed! I'm wondering how messy it was when you closed the clamshells haha. I hate those containers!

    1. It actually wasn't too terrible! I think I lost more when I was putting the brush in. By the time I closed them, I think I used up enough shadow so it didn't go everywhere.

    2. Haha really?? Geek Chic samples come in little clamshells and it would just puff everywhere when I closed it! I'm thinking I may need to buy more 26mm pans for pressing... Also, how did you get those clickable social media badges/widgets? I've been looking all over but can't figure it out because I'm pretty bad with computers :(

    3. One of the other bloggers put it together! Here's what she had to say about it "I got the icons from 15 Minute Beauty (http://www.15minutebeauty.com/search/label/Social%20Media%20Icons) and I used a tutorial from My Favourite Things blog but it looks like the blog isn't up anymore so I found this one that's similar - http://www.schcounselor.com/2013/06/add-social-media-icons-to-blogger-get.html"

      Hope that helps!

    4. It actually helped a lot! But when I tried, all the buttons kept linking to my facebook page only. I'm so confused; I keep checking the html but it changes as soon as I hit save! I don't understand at all :( I don't have to paste them into separate html boxes right?
